So many new book birthdays today;books_asheshistorical3

“So little time,” I have to say.

I want to sit and read the books.

I want to read without the dirty looks!bookbirthdayoct4

If I had all the time in the world,

You’d find me curled, furled…

celebrating!

  1. Thanks for sharing the book birthdays. Jeff Anderson is one of my writing mentors- I use his books often in teaching, and I laughed like crazy in his workshops at All-Write this past June. Laurie Halse Anderson is my daughter’s favorite author. She loved her books and sent a message one time on her author site- and was amazed to get a response! As you say- too little time for all the reading.

  2. Another Zack Del la Cruz book! You turned me on to the first one. I’m just about to hand it over to my kiddos. Laurie Halse Anderson is a favorite too. Have you read Ghost by Jason Reynolds? Just handed it off to two boys in my classroom can’t wait to hear what they think.
